摘  要:大正时期的日本面临经济萧条、阶级矛盾、自然灾害、思想开放等复杂的社会形势,临时教育会议顺应时势发展,描绘了日本社会教育中实业教育、通俗教育、道德教育、军事教育的理想图景。而当时的社会教育总体上处于制度化时期,具体实施以新闻、杂志、报纸、无线电广播为基本媒介,以图书馆与博物馆为主要平台,以实业补习学校与青年训练所为施教主体。大正政府善于审时度势、重视普通民众教育对发展社会教育有借鉴价值;然而,政治过分控制教育、道德教育走样则于发展社会教育有警示作用。Taisho Period of Japan is faced with such complicated social situation as economic depression,class conflict,natural disasters and open- mind. Temporary Education Conference conforms to the trend of development,and depicts the ideal picture of industrial education,popular education,moral education and military education in Japanese social education. At that time,the social education in general is systemized,with news,magazines,newspapers and radio as the basic medium,libraries and museums as main platforms,the industrial cram school and youth training as teaching subjects in practice. we can evaluate the gains and losses by a deep analysis of the development. Taisho government is good at sizing up the situation,and pays attention to the common people education,which is significant for the development of social education; However,political control over education and deformation of moral education are the warning against the development of social education.
