摘　　要：随着时代的发展以及我国国内、国际形势的变化,中国共产党及时将执政理念由以斗争哲学为主导向和谐哲学转变。这不仅是时代发展的要求,也是我党与时俱进的具体表现,对推动我党的党建工作以及社会主义现代化建设事业具有深远影响。With the development of the times and China＇s domestic and international situation changes,the communist party of China shifts the ruling philosophy from fighting to harmony. This is not only the requirement of time,but also the Party＇s choice of advancing with time,which is of great influence on the Party construction and socialistic modernization.
