摘 要:针对日益严峻的能源及环境污染问题,通过发动机台架试验,在一台增压电控高压共轨柴油机上,研究了正丁醇体积掺混比分别为0%、5%、10%、15%和20%的柴油/正丁醇混合燃料对柴油机经济性和排放特性的影响。研究结果表明:当转速为2 000 r/min时,相同负荷下油耗率随着正丁醇掺混比的增加而增加;转速为3 200 r/min时,正丁醇体积掺混比为5%时的燃油消耗率最低,当体积掺混比大于5%时,相同负荷下油耗率随着正丁醇体积掺混比的增加而增加;在相同转速下,排气温度随着正丁醇体积掺混比的增加而降低;当正丁醇体积掺混比小于15%时,随着正丁醇体积掺混比的增加,HC排放明显降低,CO排放在大负荷时降低、中小负荷时增加,但NOX排放量在高速及大负荷时增加,低速小负荷时略有降低。In view of the increasingly serious energy and environmental pollution problems,economy and emission characteristics with diesel fuel and n-butanol blends which volume mixing ratio were 0%,5%,10%,5% and 20% respectively were studied in a turbocharged and electronically controlled common rail diesel engine through the engine bench test. The results show that under the same load,when the engine speed is2 000 r / min,the fuel consumption rate is increased with the increase of n-butanol mixed proportion. When the engine speed is 3 200 r / min,the minimum fuel consumption is at 5% proportion of n-Butanol. When n-butano mixing proportion is more than 5%,the fuel consumption rate is increased with the increase of n-butanol mixed proportion. Exhaust gas temperature is decreased with the increase of n-butanol mixed proportion at the same engine speed. When the proportion of n-butanol in the blends is less than 15%,HC emission is reduced evidently and CO emission is reduced under heavy load,but CO is increased under middle and small load. NOX emission is increased at high speed and heavy load,but it is reduced under small load at low speed with the increase of n-butanol mixed proportion.
