摘 要:以沪昆高速公路K940+200处岩溶灾害为例,借助有限元软件ABAQUS建立模型,对岩溶路基的注浆加固效果进行了计算分析。车辆动态荷载采用半波正弦形式,以此来模拟行车驶近和驶离岩溶区这一动态过程。研究结果表明:当4车道均施加行车荷载后,路基变形满足规范要求,行车荷载对路基的影响深度为6~8m,且行车驶离岩溶区过程比驶近过程对路基影响大。同时,考虑了注浆结石体与灰岩之间的接触面和两者的弹性模量对加固效果的影响,发现接触面的存在使注浆结石体与围岩之间产生分离(脱空)现象,且两者弹性模量越接近,溶洞周围应力集中现象越不明显,加固效果越好。Based on the karst embankment of Shanghai-Kunming highway K940 + 200,the model was built to analyze the grouting reinforcement effect of the karst embankment with the help of the FEM software ABAQUS.Half-sine shape was used to simulate the traffic dynamic load and the dynamic process that the car load approached and left the karst area. The results show that when the traffic load is on all the lanes,the deformation of embankment meets the specification requirements. The depth that the traffic load affects the embankment is 6 m to 8 m and the influence is greater when the load leaves the karst area than approaches the area. At the same time,considering the influence of the contact area between the grouting concretion body and the limestone,and their elastic modulus on reinforcement effect,it is found that the separation( disengaging)phenomenon appears because of the existence of the contact surface between the grouting concretion body and wall rock. Also the closer both the modulus of elasticity are,the less obvious the cave surrounding stress concentration phenomenon and the better reinforcement effect is.
