摘  要:[目的]建立一种利用高效液相色谱测定30%咪鲜胺·嘧菌酯微乳剂的定量分析方法。[方法]采用C_(18)反相色谱柱,紫外检测器,以甲醇-乙腈-水(体积比33:42:25)为流动相,对试样中咪鲜胺和嘧菌酯进行分离和定量检测。[结果]咪鲜胺和嘧菌酯线性相关系数分别为1.0000和0.999 8,方法标准偏差为0.12和0.018。变异系数分别为0.43%和0.86%,平均回收率分别为99.8%和100.5%。[结论]该方法简便、快捷,有效地分离了样品中的咪鲜胺和嘧菌酯,而且精密度和准确度高,线性关系好。[Aims] A FIPLC method for the quantitive determination ofprochloraz-azoxystrobin 30% ME was established. [Methods] Prochloraz and azoxystrobin in the samples were separated by Cls reversed phase column using methanol-acetonitrile-water (33:42:25, by voO as mobile phase and detected by UV detector at 240 nm. [Results] The results showed that the standard deviations for prochloraz and azoxystrobin were 0.12 and 0.018, the variation coefficients were 0.43 and 0.86%, the average recoveries were 99.8 and 100.5%, the linear correlation coefficients were 1.000 0 and 0.999 8, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of convenience, good separation effect, high precision and accuracy, and good linear relations.
