摘　　要：介绍了下体零件的结构,将零件原机械加工工艺改为压铸成型生产,设计的压铸模结构紧凑、操作方便。实践证明,压铸成型的下体零件,外形轮廓清晰、尺寸合格、满足设计要求,降低了零件生产成本。The structure of a base plate was presented and the compact die-casting die was designed to replace the original mechanical processing technology. Practice has proved the base plate with clear contour and qualified dimension was formed by die-casting and met the design requirements.
