摘  要:在光伏发电系统中,光照强度和环境温度在很大程度上影响着光伏电池的输出特性,使其特性呈现出非线性特征,在充分研究光伏电池的重要参数即填充因子FF的波动规律后。提出一种基于单片机的光伏电池输出特性检测器的设计方法。以单片机为基础来设计用于采集光伏电池的开路电压和短路电流的数据采集板,利用检测装置的各个串口将数据采集板采集到的各项参数传送到PC机进行计算,利用上位机管理软件对检测后输入到ACCESS数据库中的数据进行分析。系统实际测试表明,该检测器可行,并具有通道扩展方便、工作可靠等优点,记录的数据可为光伏电池的性能分析及故障检测提供基础数据。in the photovoltaic power generation system, light intensity and environment temperature to a great extent, affects the output characteristics of photovoltaic cells, make its characteristics shows the characteristics of nonlinear, while fully the important parameters of photovoltaic cells after the fill factor(FF variation rule. Put forward a kind of based on single chip design method of photovoltaic cells and output characteristics of the detector. Based on single chip microcomputer to design the photovoltaic cells used for acquisition of open circuit voltage and short circuit current data acquisition board, using detection device of each serial port data acquisition board collected various parameters calculated, transmitted to the PC using the PC management software to detect after input to ACCESS data in the database are analyzed. System practical tests show that the detector is feasible, and has the advantages of convenient channels to expand and reliable work, record the data for performance analysis and fault detection of photovoltaic cells to provide basic data.
