摘　　要：文章研究了丙烯酸乳液预乳化液的制备工艺,详细考察了该单体组成下,乳化剂类型、搅拌时间、温度、加料速度等参数对乳化液制备的影响。实验结果表明,乳化剂对乳化液状态影响较大,在本装置和乳化剂体系下,搅拌15~25 min,加料时间在1~1.5 min,温度10℃以上时,所得预乳化液的稳定性和流动性较好。In the article, the preparation method of pre-emulsion of the acrylic emulsion was studied. The effects of the emulsifier type, stirring time, the rate of pouring the monomers into the beaker, and the temperature of the solution on emulsion were discussed. The results showed that the type of the emulsifier take great effect on the pre-emulsion properties, while the rheological property and stability of the pre-emulsion were better when the stirring time was 15-25 minutes, pouring the monomers into the beaker in 1-1.5 minutes, and the temperature was above 10 ℃.
