巴马汀及其类似物的研究进展

摘　　要：巴马汀具有良好的抗菌作用,临床上用于治疗妇科炎症、外科感染、菌痢、肠炎、呼吸道和泌尿道感染、结膜炎等。主要介绍了近年来巴马汀的提取、人工合成、药理作用、体内代谢、制剂及其类似物的研究进展,并对新的研究进行了展望。Palmatine has good antibacterial activity. It is mainly used to treat gynecological inflammation, surgical infection, bacillary dysentery, enteronitis, respiratory infection, urethra infection, eye conjunctivitis, and so on. The recent studies on the extraction, artificial synthesis, pharmacological actions, metabolism, formulation research and its analogues on palmatine were introduced in this paper, and prospected the further research directions.
