摘  要:建立了固相萃取—液相色谱法测定食品中天然苯甲酸的含量。食品天然苯甲酸含量较低,经固相萃取净化浓缩后用液相色谱法测定,检出限可达0.05 mg/kg,方法回收率74%~95%,相对标准偏差(RSD)0.81%~3.79%。此法简单、快速、灵敏度高、检出限低,可作为食品本体苯甲酸含量探究的有效定量方法。A method of measuring natural benzoic acid in food based on SPE-HPLC was presented. The natural benzoic acid content in food is very low, it was purified an condensed by SPE and then measured by HPLC. Average recoveries of benzoic acid in different samples varied from 74 %-95 %, with relative standard deviations between 0.81%-3.79 %.The method is staple, rapid and high sensitivity. Owning to its advantages and low detection limit it will be a very effective method in measuring the natural benzoic acid content in different food.
