川芎嗪对非炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨大剂量川芎嗪对NAION患者视功能的改善作用。方法我院NAION患者66例(66眼),随机分为观察组33例(33眼)和对照组33例(33眼)。对照组使用降眼压药物及扩血管药物等;观察组加用大剂量盐酸川芎嗪注射液静脉滴注1次/日。两组疗程均为14 d。治疗前后分别查视力、视野,视网膜中央动脉(CRA)及睫状后短动脉(PCAs)的收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)等血流动力学指标。结果治疗后,观察组视功能改善总有效率(87.88%)明显高于对照组(66.67%),观察组PCAs的PSV、EDV、PI与对照组比较明显增加,RI则较对照组明显降低。结论大剂量川芎嗪联合传统药物能增加PCAs对视神经的血供改善NAION患者早期视功能。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine -injection in patients with NAION comparing with tradition medicine. Methods Totally 66 patients （66eyes） were randomly divided into observation group （33eases, 33eyes, OG） and control group（33cases ,33eyes, CG）. CG use three kinds of tradition medicine, OG use tradition medicine and ligustrazine, applied for the patients of two groups 14 days. Visual field,visual accuracy. Results The total effective rate of OG（ 87.88% ） is better than that of CG （ 66. 67% ）. Hemodynamic changes of the retrobulbar vessels PSV ,EDV and PI of PCAs of the OG are clearly higher than those of CG（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. RI of PCAs of OG are obviously lower than those of the CG（P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of ligustrazine - injection combined with Western medicine is more beneficial to the patients with early NAION on functional recovering.
