摘  要:将变型优化产品设计和基因遗传算法融合分析,提出了零件族遗传优化基因变型设计,给出了零件基因和零件族的定义,构建了零件族模型树状基因图、实例化图和存储文档,阐述了零件族遗传优化基因变型设计算法步骤、伪码描述及流程图,分析了算法的有效性,最后开发了基于基因遗传算法的优化变型设计焊接零件族库。The analysis of coupling the variant design of optimizational product with the genetic algorithm were conducted,and the variant design with inherited optimizational gene of part family was proposed. The definition of part gene and part family was given. The part family model with tree diagram of gene,instantiation graph and storing documents were established. The algorithm steps of the variant design with inherited optimizational gene of part family,pseudo code description and flow chart were elaborated. The effectiveness of the algorithm was also analyzed. Finally,the welding part family library of optimizational variant design based on genetic algorithm was developed.
