摘 要:采用酶-超声波辅助法提取金柑果皮黄酮,在酶用量、乙醇体积分数、超声功率、液料比、超声时间的单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面法优化金柑黄酮提取条件,得到金柑果皮黄酮提取的回归方程预测模型,确定最佳提取工艺条件:酶用量酶75 U/m L,乙醇体积分数67%,超声功率460 w,液料比45 m L/g,超声时间20 min,重复提取2次。在此条件下,黄酮得率预测值为2.02%,经验证,实际得率为1.98%,与模型相符,说明拟合方程可靠。采用酶-超声提取法,黄酮得率高,时间短,为金柑果皮的开发利用提供理论参考。In order to optimize the extraction techniques of flavonoids which come from kumquat,five factors( enzyme dosage,ethanol content,ultrasonic power,liquid to solid ratio,ultrasonic time) were investigated in the single-factor experiments. The process conditions of extraction of flavonoid from kumquat were optimized by response surface methoddogy. The mathematical regression model was established and the optimum extraction conditions were also determined( enzyme dosage 75 U / ml,ethanol content,67% ultrasonic power,460 w,uguid to solid ratio,45 ml / g,treat ment time: 20num). The theoretical yield for flavonoids was2. 02%. Furthermore,the actual yield was 1. 98%,which was in accordance with theoretical result. Tereby the fitted nulltiple regression equation was credible. Enzyme assisted ultrasonic extraction not only produced high yield of flavonoids,but also greatly shortened processing time,which provided a reference for developing new processes of kumquat peel.
