摘 要:目的探讨mi RNA-144对肝癌细胞侵袭性的影响。方法从广东省人民医院肝癌标本库中选取52例肝癌组织标本及其对应的癌旁组织,用原位杂交技术检测mi RNA-144在肝癌及相应的癌旁组织的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的关系,并行在线靶基因软件预测到mi R-144的靶基因中有SRF。结果mi R-144在肝癌组织中相对癌旁组织高表达,并且mi R-144在肝癌组织中表达量仅与肝癌病理分级和术后早期复发有关,三大在线靶基因软件预测到mi R-144的靶基因中都有SRF。结论筛选得到的肝癌早期复发的mi RNA差异表达谱可能与肝癌的病理分级和早期复发有关。Objective To investigate the role of mi RNA-144 in invasive hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods 52 cases of HCC tissues and corresponding adjacent cancer tissue were collected from the Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital of HCC tissue bank. mi RNA-144 expression was detected by in situ hybridization in hepatocellular carcinoma and corresponding adjacent cancer tissues. The relationship between mi R-144 expression level and clinical pathology was characterized. Online software was used to predict the potential target genes of mi R-144. Results mi R-144 was relatively highly expressed in invasive HCC comparing to adjacent cancer tissue. mi R-144 was positively associated with liver tumor grade and early recurrence. Online software predicted SRF as one of the candidate target gene of mi R-144. Conclusion mi RNA profiles in hepatocellular carcinoma may be associated with tumor grade and early recurrence and could serve as potential prognostic marker.
