城市社区“老有所为”适老服务设计研究

摘　　要：针对老龄化社会发展的新形势,以健康老人"老有所为"为目的,提出城市社区适老服务系统设计的新思路。从"接触点"概念出发,以城市社区老年人为研究对象,运用群体文化学、机会权衡矩阵、PNC分析方法进行调查研究,探寻老有所为接触点和设计机会。提出了"拼桌行动"、"以老育小"、"帮饭服务"、"宠物托管"等社区接触点服务设计构想,以期为社区服务注入新的活力。Under the new circumstances of the aging societ y development, this paper comes up with a new idea to design the urban communit y old-appropriate service system, in order to provide the healthy elderly with a sense of worthiness. Starting from the concept of ＂Contact Points＂, using the method of ethnography, matrix of opportunity balance and PNC analysis, the paper investigates elderly people in urban community to explore the design opportunity and contact points to provide the elderly with a sense of worthiness. At last, the paper puts forth the design idea of community contact point service, such as ＂sharing table＂, ＂old raising young＂, ＂helping with meals＂, ＂pet daycare＂, in order to inject new vitality into community service.
