摘  要:在原有竹材初加工剖竹机基础上,设计了剖竹机的自动换刀机构,以实现竹材剖分自动选刀功能。在分析竹材横截面和竹材质量关系的基础上,利用质量获取竹材横截面信息,通过可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)结合所需的竹条横截面积,计算出该竹材剖分的数量,从而确定刀具的选择,完成数控剖竹机自动换刀过程。该工作原理为自动换刀机构提供了理论依据。This article documents how an automatic blade changing process is designed and engineered into current machinery for cutting bamboo poles into chips,which makes it possible for the machinery to automatically select proper blades for cutting bamboo poles into chips of desired cross-sections. This is realized by making use of the linkages between the cross-sectional area and weight of a pole-once the cross-sectional area is obtained using a pole's weight,the quantity of bamboo subdivisions will then be calculated with the facility of a programmable logic controller installed in the machinery. Based on this quantity,the right blade is automatically selected and fed to replace the previous one. This blade-changing process provides a theoretical basis for automatic blade change mechanism and would promote the development of bamboo processing machinery.
