摘  要:[目的]为了研究镉对咖啡幼苗生理特性的影响。[方法]以小粒种咖啡为供试植物,采用盆栽方法,在镉胁迫处理60 d后进行超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、丙二醛(MDA)以及叶绿素含量生理指标的测定。[结果]当镉浓度在0-80 mg/L范围内,咖啡幼苗叶绿素含量先上升后下降,CAT、POD、SOD活性先升高后下降,MDA含量则一直呈现增加的趋势。[结论]镉胁迫下咖啡幼苗的膜系统受到过氧化损伤。[ Objective ] The research aimed to elucidate the influence of cadmium on the related physiological indexes in coffee seedling. [ Method ] Taken arabica coffee as tested plants,pot culture method was used to determine chlorophyll, SOD,POD, CAT and MDA with the different concentrations of cadmium stress for 6 weeks. [ Result ] When cadmium concentration was 0 - 80 mg/L, chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased. The activities of CAT,POD and SOD went up at the beginning of cadmium stress,but they were decreased as the quantity of cadmium increasing. And MDA content increased all the time. [ Conclusion] The membrane system of coffee seedling was damaged by cadmium stress.
