摘  要:[目的]探究NAA、IBA及蔗糖对北沙参不定根增殖的影响。[方法]分别以北沙参叶片、茎段及愈伤组织3种不同途径诱导不定根,再分别考查IBA、NAA及蔗糖对其不定根生长的影响。[结果]以上3种途径均可获得不定根,其中尤以愈伤组织经在MS培养基中振荡培养后,诱导的不定根作为较理想的途径;同时蔗糖浓度对不定根的生长具有重要作用,当蔗糖浓度达到40 mg/L时,明显促进不定根的增殖,鲜物重达到4.48 g;不同浓度生长素对北沙参不定根的增殖也具有重要影响,当MS培养基中添加4 mg/L IBA,不定根生长迅速,生物量(鲜物重)达到最大值5.93 g;当在含有适宜浓度蔗糖和IBA的培养基中再添加NAA,且当NAA浓度达到0.8 mg/L时,不定根鲜物重达7.44 g,说明适宜浓度NAA和IBA结合使用更有利于北沙参不定根的快速增殖。[结论]为进一步扩繁北沙参不定根进而使用生物反应器大规模生产其次生代谢产物——香豆素奠定基础。[ Objective] The aim was to study the effect of IBA, NAA and sucrose on adventitious root growth respectively. [ Method ] Using three different ways to induce adventitious root by stem, leaf and Glehnia littoralis callus, and then the effect of IBA, NAA and sucrose was examined on adventitious root growth respectively. [ Result]The results showed that three ways could obtain adventitious roots, especially the adventitious roots of the callus after oscillation culture as a way of ideal ; at the same time, the study found that the concentration of sucrose played an important role in the growth of adventitious roots. When the concentration of sucrose reached 40 mg/L, the proliferation of adventitious root could be promoted obviously, fresh weight up to 4.48 g; different hormone and concentration also had an important influence on the proliferation of adventitious root of Glehnia littoralis, when the IBA concentration of MS medium reached 4 mg/L, adventitious root growth rapidly, biomass ( fresh weight) reached maximum at 5.93 g; when NAA was added to culture medium containing again in suitable concentration of sucrose and in the IBA, and the concentration of NAA reached 0.8 mg/L, fresh weight of adventitious root reached 7.44 g, that the combination was more conducive to the rapid proliferation of adventitious root of Glehnia littoralis.
