摘 要:矫直辊曲率作为二辊矫直机辊型设计的核心参数,对矫直机矫直质量起着决定性作用。为了提高矫直精度,应用弹塑性理论深入分析了二辊矫直机制,在考虑金属强化的情况下建立了圆材弹塑性弯曲模型,对矫直辊曲率进行了设计,并且给出了曲率过渡段,设计出了适合矫直Φ100~Φ150 mm圆材的二辊矫直辊辊型。利用有限元软件Marc建立三维有限元模型,对矫直过程进行模拟仿真,分析了圆材的矫直效果,为实际生产提供了理论支持。The straightening curvature as the main straightening parameter in the design of the roller shape of two-roller straightener,decides the quality of straightening. So as to improve straightening precision,the mechanism of two-roller straightener was analysed deeply based on the elastic-plastic theory,which was developed considering the strengthening of material for the bar. After choosing the curvature based on theory of straightening,the shape of straightening roller suit-ing for φ100-φ150 mm bars was designed by increasing the transition section. Then the finite element model of two-roll-er straightener was established based on the finite element software—Marc,straightening quality was analysed about the working process of two-roller straightener after the simulation,providing theoretical basis for the actual production.
