华南某片区部队官兵危险和有害饮酒状况及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解驻华南某片区部队官兵的危险和有害饮酒现状,探讨其影响因素。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,调查了驻华南某片区部队6452名官兵,采用《酒精使用障碍筛查量表》（alcohol use disorders identification test,AUDIT）测量官兵的危险和有害饮酒状况,用自编问卷收集人口学资料。结果驻华南某片区部队官兵危险和有害饮酒发生率为30.6%,且在海军部队、军官、35~44岁、文化程度为大学、在婚、兵源地为农村、家庭人均月收入〉3000元者中发生率较高。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,海军（OR=2.227,95%CI：1.781~2.783）、军官（OR=1.584,95%CI：1.222~2.055）、年龄在25~34岁（OR=1.320,95%CI：1.114~1.563）、家庭人均月收入〉3000元（OR=1.338,95%CI：1.081~1.656）是军人危险和有害饮酒的危险因素,义务兵则是危险和有害饮酒的保护因素（OR=0.432,95%CI：0.357~0.524）。结论军种、军人层级、年龄、家庭人均月收入是驻华南某片区部队官兵危险和有害饮酒的影响因素。Objective To investigate the prevalence of hazardous and harmful drinking among armymen in southern China,and to explore the associated factors of these drinking behaviors.Methods Cluster random sampling was conducted and 6452 armymen were investigated.Results The prevalence of hazardous and harmful drinking among armymen in southern China was 30.6%,and higher in participants that were the navy,officer,35~44 years old,higher education,in marriage,recruited from rural area,and with higher income.The results of multi-logistic regression indicated that the navy（OR=2.227,95%CI：1.781~2.783）,officer（OR=1.584,95%CI：1.222~2.055）,25~34 years old（OR=1.320,95%CI：1.114-1.563）,and family per capita monthly income higher than 3000 Yuan（OR=1.338,95%CI：1.081~1.656）were risk factors for hazardous and harmful drinking;and soldier was protective factor for hazardous and harmful drinking（OR=0.432,95%CI：0.357~0.524）.Conclusion Service,rank,age and higher income are related to hazardous and harmful drinking among armymen in southern China.
