摘　　要：本文通过研究青年学生榜样的形成机制和传播机制,进一步梳理榜样教育的内涵、网络背景下高校榜样教育影响因素和存在问题、网络背景下榜样教育的形成和传播机制的构建等,从而更好地发挥榜样教育在提升大学生道德水平上的作用,促进他们的身心和谐发展,提高高校德育的实效性。Through researching the formation and spread system of young student fine examples, this paper further summarizes the connotation of example education, the influencing factors and ex-isting problems of university example education in the network background, as well as the construction of the formation and spread system of example education in the network background, so as to give better play to the role of example education in im-proving university students＆#39; moral level, promoting their harmo-nious physical and psychological development, and improving the effectiveness of university moral education.
