摘 要:为满足车辆不同工况时双质量飞轮应具有不同扭转阻尼的要求,结合磁流变液在磁场作用下的流变特性,将磁流变液应用到双质量飞轮中,通过对二级分段刚度曲线和弧形弹簧参数的设计,以及对电磁回路磁场和工作间隙阻尼力矩的分析,设计、制作了一套可通过励磁线圈电流来控制扭转阻尼的磁流变液双质量飞轮装置,并通过静态特性试验验证了其使用性能.文中还建立了AMESim动态仿真分析模型并进行了台架试验验证,结果表明,所设计的磁流变液双质量飞轮可通过控制励磁线圈电流来实现其扭转阻尼的半主动控制.The torsional damper of dual mass flywheel( DMF) should be different under different conditions of vehicles. Aiming at the above issue,the MRF is applied to the DMF by taking into account the rheological behavior of the magneto-rheological fluid( MRF) in a magnetic field. Then,by designing a two-stage stiffness curve,arc spring parameters,magnetic circuits and a damping torque in working clearance,a magneto-rheological-fluid dual mass flywheel( MRF-DMF) controlling the torsional damper through the exciting coil current is designed and made,and its service performance is verified by a static characteristic test. Finally,an AMESim model is constructed and verified by a bench test. The results indicate that the semi-active control of the torsional damper of MRF-DMF can be realized by adjusting the exciting coil current.
