摘  要:目的观察不同环境温度和5-羟色胺1A(5-HT1A)受体阻断剂p-MPPI对乙醇引起老年大鼠体温变化的影响。方法实验用SD年轻雄性大鼠(3~4月龄)和老年雄性大鼠(16~18月龄),在3种不同环境温度(22℃、10℃和32℃)下,上午10:00给大鼠腹腔注射乙醇(3 g/kg)或生理盐水(等容量),用无线遥测技术连续记录体温。实验也观察了5-HT1A受体阻断剂p-MPPI对乙醇引起低温反应的影响。结果 (1)在22℃和10℃环境中,乙醇均能引起年轻大鼠和老年大鼠出现低温反应,但老年大鼠体温降低的幅度明显大于年轻大鼠。(2)在32℃环境中,乙醇则引起大鼠体温出现升高反应,而老年大鼠体温升高的幅度明显大于年轻大鼠。(3)在22℃环境中,5-HT1A受体阻断剂p-MPPI能够阻断乙醇引起的低温反应。结论 (1)在中性环境和冷环境温度中,乙醇引起老年大鼠的低温反应均明显大于年轻大鼠,而在热环境中乙醇引起老年大鼠的升温效应大于年轻大鼠,老年大鼠对乙醇的毒性反应大于年轻大鼠。(2)乙醇引起的低温反应可能与5-HT有关。Objective To observe the effects of different ambient temperatures and 5-HT1 Areceptor antagonist p-MPPI on ethanol-induced changes in core temperature in old rats. Methods Core temperature was monitored by telemetry in young( 3-4 months) and old( 16-18 months) male Sprague-Dawley rats at three different leves of ambient temperature( 22℃,10 ℃ and 32 ℃). The rats were intraperitoneally injected with ethanol( 3 g / kg) or saline( The same volume) at 10: 00 AM. The effect of a selective 5-HT1 Aantagonist,p-MPPI,on ethanol-induced hypothermia in old rats were also observed.Results( 1) At ambient temperature of 22 ℃ and 10 ℃,the rats injected with ethanol showed a rapid drop in core temperature,but the drop was more obvious in old rats.( 2) At 32 ℃,ethanol caused a significant increase in core temperature,whereas old rats had higher hyperthermia than young rats.( 3) 5-HT1 Areceptor antagonist attenuated the hypothermia induced by ethanol. Conclusions( 1) At neutral and cold ambient temperature,old rats are more sensitive than young rats to the hypothermia effects of ethanol,whereas ethanol induces a marked hyperthermia at warm ambient temperature.The data indicate old rats are more sensitive than young rats to ethanol intoxication.( 2) 5-HT might be involved in ethanolinduced hypothermic response.
