血液科控制医院感染的相关护理管理措施研究

摘　　要：目的探讨控制血液科医院感染的相关护理管理措施。方法我院2011年采用护理管理措施控制医院感染,统计院内感染率,并与2010年的院内感染率比较。结果 2010年医院感染率为33.45%,在进行护理管理后,2011年医院感染率为22.09%,2011年感染率显著低于2010年,P<0.05;血液科医院感染主要发生部位为呼吸道,2011年各部位医院感染发生率均较2010年降低。结论建立健全院内感染的制度、加强环境管理、严格无菌技术操作、加强抗生素管理和控制、加强对医务人员和患者的管理等护理措施的落实,是减少血液科医院感染发生的关键。Objective To discuss the related nursing management measures of controlling hospital infection in Haematology department. Methods The nursing management measures were employed to control the hospital infection in2011,the hospital infection rate were censused,and compared with the nosocomial infection rate in 2010. Results Our department hospital infection rate was 33. 45% in 2010,while after the nursing management,hospital infection rate was 22. 09% in 2011. Infection rates of 2011 significantly lower than in 2010（ P〈 0. 05）; Main location of hospital infection of haematology is respiratory tract,and each part of the 2011 incidence of hospital infection were lower than in 2010. Conclusion It is the important factor for reducing the onset of hospital infection that strengthening environmental management,stricting aseptic technique,controlling the antibiotic management,strengthening the management of medical staff and patients.
