庆大霉素治疗口腔溃疡的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨庆大霉素治疗口腔溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年6月~2013年6月期间我院收治的110例口腔溃疡患者,采用随机对照方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组给予口服维生素B、肾上腺皮质激素、西瓜霜喷剂喷患处（3次/d）等常规药物治疗,观察组在此基础上加用复方庆大霉素液治疗,比较两组疗效及不良反应。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为92.7%,明显高于对照组的72.7%,差异显著（P〈0.05）。两组患者都没有出现严重不良反应发生。结论：在常规治疗基础上加用庆大霉素治疗口腔溃疡疗效显著,治愈率高且安全、可靠,值得在临床上应用和推广。Objective：To study the gentamycin treatment the clinical curative effect of oral ulcer.Methods：Select 110 cases of oral ulcer patients,randomly divided into two groups（n=55）.Control group given conventional therapy,observation group on the basis of treatment with compound gentamycin liquid,compared two groups of clinical curative effect and adverse reactions.Results：The observation group of patients treatment the total effective rate was 92.7%,the treatment of patients with control group the total effective rate was 72.7%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Two groups of patients with no serious adverse events occurred during the treatment.Conclusion：On the basis of conventional treatment and treatment with gentamycin oral ulcer significantly curative effect,high cure rate and safe,reliable,worthy of clinical promotion.
