食管癌女性患者的病理特点与生存预后研究

摘　　要：目的：研究食管癌女性患者的病理特点与生存预后。方法：对2007年6月～2010年6月在我院接受手术治疗的食管癌患者248例的病历资料进行认真的分析，随访3年。结果：两组患者＜60岁发病率，女性患者低于男性患者为49.46%（P＜0.05）。女性食管癌患者的肿瘤位置、浸润深度、病理分期Ⅰ期、脉管癌栓率，淋巴结转移转移率与男性比较，存在显著的统计学意义（P＜0.05）。女性食管癌患者的肿瘤长度、组织分化、病理分型、神经侵犯率、病理分期Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期与男性比较，无显著的统计学意义（P＞0.05）。女性患者术后3年生存率高于男性（P＜0.05）。肿瘤长度、浸润深度、病理分期、淋巴结转移等因素为影响女性患者3年生存的预后因素。结论：食管癌女性患者的病理特点与生存预后与男性患者各不相同，女性预后由于男性可能和食管癌患者病理特点存在着一定的内在联系。Objective： To study the pathological characteristics and survival outcomes for patients with esophageal cancer women. Methods：Carefully analysis the 248 cancer patients’ medical records who were treated through operation in our hospital in June 2007 to June 2010,and follow-up of them 3 years.Results：Two groups of patients〈60 years old,incidence of female patients were lower than that of male patients was 49.46% （P〈0.01）.Female patients with esophageal tumor location,inifltration depth,pathologic stageⅠ,vascular tumor emboli rate,metastasis lymph node metastasis is signiifcant statistical signiifcance compared with men（P〈0.05）.There was no signiifcant statistical signiifcance between the length of female patients with esophageal cancer,tissue differentiation,pathological classiifcation,neural invasion rate,pathological stageⅡ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ disease and the men patients （P〉0.05）.3 year after the operation female patients’s survival rate is higher than that of male （P〈0.05）.Tumor length,inifltration depth,pathologic stage,lymph node metastasis is the factors affecting the prognosis of women with three years to survive.Conclusion：Esophageal cancer women and men have different in the pathological characteristics and survival prognosis.There exist a certain inner link between that with esophageal pathology prognosis.
