摘　　要：目的:观察止血粉在直肠癌切除术中的止血效果。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的晚期直肠癌患者1例,行直肠癌姑息性切除术,止血粉止血。结果:术后第2天术野无明显出血,恢复大便后无明显带血。结论:止血粉能有效地阻止出血,止血效果较好。Objective： To observe the hemostatic effect of ctyptic powder in Rectal Cancer operation. Methods： A retrospective analysis of 1 case who received Rectal Cancer operation, using ctyptic powder to stanch bleeding. Results： No manifest bleeding was observed on the second day after operation.Conclusion： Ctyptic powder is effective in stop bleeding and has a good hemostatic effect.
