摘　　要：通过对江西省4所院校988名农村订单定向医学生的问卷调查发现,定向医学生对人文素质教育的重要性认识较好,对人文素质教育的总体满意度不高.医学院校应该重视农村订单定向医学生的人文素质教育,针对目前存在的一些具体问题采取应对措施,培养出能够适应农村医疗发展需要的复合型人才。Questionnaire was conducted to understand the present situation of humanistic education among 988 rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students （RTMS） from four colleges in Jiangxi province.Result showed that RTMS think highly of importance of medical humanities,but the satisfaction rate is low.Medical schools should not only keep on take account of humanistic education for RTMS,but also pay more attention to discover and settle the problems,which aim is to foster inter-disciplinary talent who can meet the demand of rural health development.
