摘  要:目的 通过研究标准化病人在全科医师培训中的应用情况,探讨提高全科医师能力的有效培养方式.方法 将参加转岗培训的120名学员按照随机方法平均分为实验组和对照组.在培训中,两组学员的培训方式按照不同方式设计.实验组学员采用标准化病人进行培训,对照组学员按照传统的临床带教授课方法进行培训.培训后对两组学员进行客观结构化考试.使用统计学方法分析两组学员考试成绩之间的差异.结果 经过培训后的全科医师的业务水平有了显著提高,实验组学员在问诊查体考核中的成绩优于对照组,尤其是在人文关怀方面(问诊技巧)更为突出.结论 采用标准化病人进行全科医师转岗培训,能够在一定程度上提高全科医师的人文素养与技能操作水平。Objective To explore effective training methods to improve the ability of general practitioners through the study of standardized patients in general practitioner training.Methods By simple randomization,the participants were divided into observation group and control group.After training,an objective structured clinical examination was used to assess the results.The two groups were designed in different ways,i.e.control group with traditional training model and observation group with standardized patient training.The differences were analyzed with statistical methods between the two groups.Results After training,the professional competence of general practitioners significantly improved.Observation group score higher than those of the control group in history taking and physical examination assessment,especially in the humane care (history taking skill).Conclusions The use of standardized patient for training enables the general practitioners to increase their humanistic qualities and skills.
