英美公民教育课程发展的比较研究

摘　　要：近年来,公民教育在世界范围内受到广泛关注,其中英国和美国的公民教育具有代表性。两国公民教育课程发展的背景、目标、内容、实施以及评价方面各具特色。通过比较发现,有效的公民教育课程发展需要做到三点:政府主导,明确目标;整合课程内容,完善评价体系;确保资金投入,优化师资队伍。In recent years, citizenship education has gained widely attention around the world. During this progress, England and America is relatively representative for the backgrounds, objects, contents, implementing and evaluation of citizenship education curriculum. Through comparison, there are several critical factors of development of effective citizenship education curriculum： guided by government with specific goals, integrate content of curriculum and consummate curriculum evaluation, and adequate education funding and qualified teaching staff.
