摘  要:目的了解北京健康教育微博体系初建参与者网络及微博使用习惯的现状,为北京健康教育微博体系的全市推广提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,于2012年3月对177位北京健康教育微博体系初建参与者进行网络使用情况、微博了解情况、微博利用现状等方面的现场调查。结果回收有效问卷175份。不同年龄、专业背景、工作单位、工作领域等网络使用情况的差异均有统计学意义,不同年龄、专业背景对微博了解情况的差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用超过了半年有53人(30.29%),每月使用10次及以上49人(28.00%),发表了100条以上微博32人(18.29%)。结论北京健康教育微博体系初建参与者网络使用率高,有利于新媒体传播的开展,但利用微博情况有待加强;年轻、非临床医学专业的人员在掌握微博知识方面具有显著优势,应该促使潜在的微博内容提供者关注微博等新媒体。Objective To explore the current situation of initial participants about the usage habits of internet and microblog and provide the scientific basis for the microblog system popularization of Beijing Health Education in the whole city. Methods On March 2012, filed survey by questionnaire was carried out to get the information of 177 initial participants on microblog usage, knowledge of microblog and usage situation of Beijing Health Education microblog system. Results A total of 175 valid questionnaire were collected. Data showed that age, professional background, work unit, work area for difference of network usage was statistically significant, and age, professional background work area for difference of Twitter knowledge was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). While only age and professional background for difference of microblog knowledge was statistically significant. 53 (30.29%) respondents used microblog more than half of a year, 49 (28. 00% ) respondents used it more than 10 times a month, and 32 (18.29%) respondents posted at least 100 short tweets or messa- ges. Conclusion The high usage rate of Beijing Health Education microblog among initial participants is beneficial to the popularization of new media, although the usage of microblog should be reinforced. Young people and non-clinical medicine group have an obvious advantage for acquiring knowledge of microblog and effective measures should be taken to arise the attention of potential users on microblog and other new media.
