摘　　要：肯尼思·华尔兹的《人、国家与战争:一种理论分析》一书是国际关系理论中对战争问题研究的一部经典著作。华尔兹在书中先后从三个层次,即个人行为、国家内部结构和国际体系对冲突与战争进行了深刻的阐述与分析。人性的邪恶、国家内部的弊端是导致战争的直接原因,而国际社会的无政府状态则是战争爆发的根本原因。华尔兹的理论对于战争起源做了极富启发性的研究,其理论到今天仍具有重大的现实指导意义。本文将结合华尔兹的这一理论范式,对乌克兰危机做一个相应的分析。Kenneth Waltz＇sMan, the State and War： A Theoretical Analysisis a classic book of international relations＇ the-ory on the war. Waltz has profoundly analyzed the conflict and war from three levels which consists of the individual behav-ior,the internal structure of state and international system. The evil of humanity and the defects of state are the immediatecause of war while the international anarchy is the root of war. The theory is inspirational for causes of the war and it stillhas great directive significance today. This paper will use the theory to analyze the current crisis in Ukraine.
