摘  要:通过不同热处理工艺对钛微合金化高强钢奥氏体晶粒粗化行为进行了研究。试验结果表明,当保温时间相同时,随着加热温度的升高,试验钢奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸呈现出先缓慢上升后迅速上升的趋势;当加热温度相同时,试验钢奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸随着等温时间的延长呈抛物线规律长大;综合考虑加热温度与加热时间对奥氏体晶粒尺寸与第二相粒子固溶与析出行为的影响,试验钢的最佳加热温度为1250℃左右,最佳保温时间为80min左右。The austenite grain coarsening behavior of titanium microalloying high strength steel under different heat treatment processes was studied in this paper. The results showed that the average austenite grain size of the steel increased slowly at the beginning and then rapidly with the increase of the heating temperature at the same holding time. The growth of the austenite grain showed a parabola shape with the extension of the Considering the effects of heating temperature isothermal time at the same heating temperature. and holding time on the austenite grain size, as well as the behavior of dissolution and precipitation of second phase particles, the optimal heating temperature was about 1 250 ℃ and the optimal holding time was about 80 minutes.
