化瘀散结片对实验性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变muller细胞胶原纤维酸性蛋白的影响

摘  要:目的观察化瘀散结片对DispaseI诱导的实验性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)兔视网膜组织胶原纤维酸性蛋白(glial fibrillary acidic protein,GFAP)表达的影响。方法通过免疫组织化学法检测DispaseI诱导的PVR兔视网膜组织中的GFAP水平的表达情况,观察化瘀散结片对其影响。结果治疗28天后阴性对照组GFAP表达水平高于空白对照组,有极显著差异(P〈0.01),阴性对照组与阳性对照组比较有显著差异(P〈0.01),与化瘀散结片高、中剂量治疗组比较有极显著差异(P〈0.01),而与低剂量治疗组比较无差异(P〉0.05)。提示化瘀散结片能降低PVR兔GFAP表达水平。结论化瘀散结片能减少GFAP表达水平,可抑制maller细胞增殖,减轻对视网膜的过度损伤反应,从而抑制PVR的进一步发展。Objective To observe the effect of Huyusanjie tablet on the GFAP of retinal tissue of rabbit eyes with experimental PVR induced by DispaseI. Methods Detect GFAP of retinal tissue of rabbit eyes with experimental PVR induced by DispaseI with the mmunohistochemistry method and observe the effect on it by Huayusanjie tablet . Results After 28 days treatment, the expression levels of GFAP in negative control group is above the normal group(P〈0.01), positive control group(P〈0.05), Huyusanjie tablet HD and TD control groups(P〈0. 01), but compare negative control group with Huyusanjie tablet LD group, it is not different between negative control group and Huyusanjie tablet LD group(P〉0.05), which prompt that Huyusanjie tablet can reduce the expression Levels of GFAP of PVR rabit, there is a certain dose-effect relationship. Conclution Huyusanjie tablet can reduce the expression levels of GFAP of rabbit eyes with experimental PVR, which can inhibit muller cell proliferation to some extent , and lighten the excessive damage response of retinal,thereby inhibiting further development of PVR.
