摘　　要：先天性视盘小凹是一种少见的先天性视盘发育异常、其发症机制尚不明确，当合并黄斑区脱离时视力会严重受损。我科收治一例本病系合并视网膜脱离及视网膜劈裂。Congenital pit of optic disc is a rare dysplasia of ocular disease, its pathogenesis is still unclear. The visual acuity would severely damaged if the macula was detached. Our department has treated one case of this disease with retinal detachment and retinoschisis.
