摘　　要：放射性视网膜病变是严重威胁视力的疾病，现代医学对其发病机理有探究，但中医对其病因病机讨论较少，本文从中医经脉、络病理论讨论放射性视网膜病变不同阶段的病因病机、传变规律并加以论述。Radiation Retinopathy is a disease seriously harm vision. Modern medicine has done some clinical research and animial studies to investigate its pathogenesis. But nowadays, there are not much researches on the TCM etiology and pathogenesis on Radiation Retinopathy with Traditional Chinese Medicine. This paper discusses the TCM etiology and pathogenesis, the preprocessing transforming and output style of the Radiation Retinopathy on its different stages with the view of regular meridians and collateral disease.
