使用壮医药线疗法治疗初中期老年性白内障的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨壮医药线疗法治疗初中期老年性自内障的临床疗效。方法将85例患者随机分为两组，治疗组45例，采用壮医药线点灸联合白内停滴眼液滴眼；照组40例，单纯用白内停滴眼治疗。结果治疗组：第4疗程与第3疗程比较，该组患者视力提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），第4疗程与第2疗程比较，该组患者视力显著性提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；对照组：第4疗程与第3疗程比较，该组患者视力无相关性，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），第4疗程与第2疗程比较，该组患者视力提高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗1个疗程后，对照组有效率为67．50％，治疗组有效率为93．33％，治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在初中期老年性白内障的临床研究中，配合运用壮医药线点灸具有一定的临床优势。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zhuang medicine acupuncture of senile cataracts. Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group of 45 patients used Zhuang medicine acuputure combined with Baineiting eyedrops. The control group with 40 cases were treated with eyedrops only. Results Treatment group. 4 compared with the first three courses of treatment,visual acuity improved in this group of patients,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）, compared with the first four of the second course of treatment, the group visual acuity improved significantly, the difference was statistically significance（P〈0. 01）; control group： 4 courses of treatment compared with the first three, the group was no correlation between visual acuity, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0. 05）, compared with the fourth course of the first two courses, this group of patients visual acuity improved, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05）; after treatment, a course of treatment, the control group was 67.50%, the treatment group was 93.33% ,the treatment group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 05 ）. Conclusions Zhuang medicine acupuncture has certain clinical advantages for senile cataract.
