摘　　要：2020年实现全面建成小康社会的目标,民族地区的全面小康是重点和难点。当前,民族地区的发展面临诸多挑战,突出表现在贫困问题的解决、经济发展方式的转型以及环境保护问题等方面。国家层面要加大扶贫等方面的政策扶持力度,民族地区则要根据自身的特殊状况确定发展目标,推进经济发展方式转型、改善生态环境等方面积极应对,加快发展、实现跨越式发展。Attain the goal of completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects by 2020,ethnic regions’ comprehensive well-off society is a emphasis and difficulty.At present,the development of minority areas faces many challenges,especially in the solution of the poverty problems,the transformation of the pattern of economic development and environmental protection and other aspects.National level should increase the intensity of policy support for poverty alleviation and other aspects,ethnic minority areas should determine development goals according to the special situation,positive response from promoting the transformation of economic development model,improving the ecological environment and other aspects,accelerating development,to realize leapfrog development.
