摘　　要：随着当今时代科学技术的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,以电脑为主要形式的互联网系统已经走进了千家万户,当然农村也不例外。电脑在给人们工作、学习、生活、交流等方面带来方便的同时,也存在着不可忽视的负面作用,这其中尤以对农村地区青少年的不良影响最为棘手。但是,互联网络毕竟代表了当今世界科技发展的最高水平,我们没有理由因噎废食,我们应当充分发挥它的积极作用,采取相应的措施,引导青少年健康地成长,使青少年适应信息时代的发展和与时俱进。Nowadays with the development of science and technology and the improvement of people’s lives,Internet with the main form of computers has come into innumerable households.Of course,there is no exception for the countryside.Computers bring people the convenience of work,study,life,communication and so on.Meanwhile,it also has the inevitable side effects in its functions.The bad effects on the youth of the rural area are the most serious ones.However,Internet stands for the highest level of the development of science and technology in the modern world in the long run,so we have no reason for not using the Internet any longer just for fear of its bad effects.We should make full use of its positive functions,make the relevant measures to guide the young people to grow up healthily,and these in the end will make the young people adapt to the development of the information society and keep pace with the times.
