摘  要:铁是海洋初级生产力的重要限制因素,在地球生物化学循环中起到重要作用。对于入海河流及近岸海域而言,铁的含量、形态丰富,是大洋海水中铁的重要来源,因此建立一个适用于海岸带区域溶解态总铁的分析检测方法,对于进一步认识铁循环机制和有效预防海洋环境污染等具有重要意义。文章采用阴极溶出伏安法,考察了缓冲溶液,电化学参数等对实验测定的影响。结果表明:在0.01mol/L,p H=4.0的HAc-Na Ac缓冲溶液体系中,-0.2 V恒电位搅拌富集5 s后阴极化扫描,Fe3+在-1.24 V左右出现阴极溶出峰。在最优的条件下,0.1~100μmol/L范围内,Fe3+的溶出峰电流与其浓度呈很好的线性关系。对实际样品(入海河流、近岸海水和沉积物)检测的回收率均在90%~110%之间,表明该方法适用于海岸带区域中溶解态总铁的检测。Iron as an important limiting factor of marine primary productivity plays a significant role in biogeochemical cycles. The concentration and speciation of iron in coastal zone water are much plentiful and are the main source of oceanic water. Therefore, to further understand the iron cycling mechanism and prevent the marine pollution effectively, it is very necessary and important to establish a method of iron determination for coastal water, Experimental parameters such as the concentration and pH of the supporting electrolyte, the accumulation potential and time were optimized. Results showed that a remarkable cathodic peak appeared at -1.24 V when accumulating for 5 s at -0.2 V in 0.01 mol/L HAc-NaAc (pH=4.0) solution with stirring. A linear response was obtained in the concentration range 0.1-100 μmol/L under the optimized conditions. The recovery of the real sample determination was between 90%~110%, indicating this method can be used to determine the total dissolved iron in coastal zone.
