摘　　要：目的研究有淋巴转移和无淋巴转移的胃癌患者组织中p53与Ki-67蛋白的表达,探讨p53与Ki-67在胃癌组织中的表达与胃癌淋巴转移之间的关系。方法选择2012年6月~2014年5月宜兴市肿瘤医院普外科的69例胃癌手术切除患者的组织样本,伴有淋巴结转移者41例和无淋巴结转移者28例,采用抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶免疫组化方法测定胃癌患者组织中p53与Ki-67的表达,在伴有淋巴结转移和不伴有淋巴结转移患者的组织中,比较两种蛋白表达阳性率与表达强度的差异。结果在胃癌中有淋巴结转移者与无淋巴结转移者之间,p53与Ki-67的阳性表达率差异均无统计学意义（均有P〉0.05）,表达强度差异均无统计学意义（均有P〉0.05）。结论胃癌组织中p53与Ki-67的表达与胃癌是否伴有淋巴结转移无相关性。Objective To detect the expression of p53 and Ki-67 proteins in gastric cancer tissue derived from the gastric cancer patients with and without lymph node metastases,and explore the expression of p53 and Ki-67 in gastric cancer tissue and the association of the expressions with the lymphatic metastasis in patients with gastric carcinoma. Methods A total of 69 gastric cancer patients,including 41 with lymph node metastases and 28 without lymph node metastases were enrolled from the Department of Surgery,Yixing Cancer Hospital from Jun 2012 to May 2014. The streptavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemical method was performed to detect the expressions of p53 and Ki-67 in the lesions of patients with gastric carcinoma,the expression rate and intensity of the two markers in the lesions derived from the patients with and without lymph node metastasis were compared. Results No statistical difference was found in either expression rate（ all P〉 0. 05） or expression intensity of p53 and Ki-67（ all P 〉0. 05） between the gastric cancer patients with and without lymph node metastasis. Conclusions No significant correlation was observed between the expression of p53 or Ki-67 and the lymph node metastasis in the gastric cancer patients in this study.
