肝细胞癌Villin及Glypican-3的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨Villin和Glypican-3在肝细胞癌的表达及其临床意义。方法利用免疫组化方法检测Villin和Glypican-3在100例肝细胞癌与非肿瘤性肝组织的表达。结果Villin在肝细胞癌和非肿瘤性肝组织的阳性表达率分别为91.3%(73/80)和20.0%(4/20)。Glypican-3在肝细胞癌和非肿瘤性肝组织的阳性表达率分别为85.0%(68/80)和0%(0/20),两者在肝细胞癌和非肿瘤性肝组织表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、HBsAg以及有无肝硬化不是Villin和Glypican-3在肝细胞癌表达的影响因素(P>0.05),而肿瘤的大小、肿瘤组织学分级以及有无门静脉癌栓是Villin和Glypican-3在肝细胞癌表达的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 Villin和Glypican-3在肝脏良恶性肿瘤中的表达差异,有助于肝细胞癌的鉴别诊断。Objective To investigate the expression of Villin and Glypican-3in human hepatocellular carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods The expression of Villin and Glypican-3in hepatocellular carcinoma and normal hepatic tissue were examined by immunohistochemical staining.Results The expression of Villin in malignant and benign tissues of human hepars was 91.3%（73/80）and 20.0%（4/20）,The expression of Glypican-3was 85.0%（68/80）and 0%（0/20）.The expression difference of Villin or Glypican-3was statistically significant.The expression of Villin and Glypican-3in hepatocellular carcinoma was independent of the factors such as gender,age,tumor location,HBsAg and hepatic sclerosis（P〈0.05）,but tumor size,tumor differentiation and portal vein cancer embolus were influential factors（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Villin and Glypican-3may be used as markers for differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
