摘　　要：在卵母细胞中贮存的大量RNA和蛋白对于后续早期胚胎的发育起着至关重要的作用,尤其是母源效应因子复合体(Subcortical maternal complex),简称(SCMC)。对SCMC的研究历程、结构与功能研究方向进行了综述,以期对有关母源效应复合体对于早期胚胎发育调控的研究领域提供借鉴。A large number of RNA and proteins plays a vital role in subsequent early embryonic development, and subcortical maternal com- plex （SCMC） is one of the most important compounds stored in oocytes. This paper mainly focus on the development, discovered structures and function and research directions of SCMC, which is expected to be helpful for peer researchers from research field of maternal effect fac- tors＇ s regulation on early embryo development.
