摘 要:[目的]优化固定化菌藻对含油污水的降解条件。[方法]首先,研究了固定化菌藻组合对含油污水的处理效果,并对降解前后的原油进行红外光谱、GC-F1D及GC—MS分析,然后考察了原油浓度、降解温度、溶液pH、溶液盐度等条件对固定化菌藻降解原油效果的影响,最后对固定化菌藻的可重复利用性能进行研究。l结果l经过15d的降解,固定化菌藻对3g/L原油的降解率可达91.8%。固定化菌藻与固定化单菌、固定化单藻相比,菌藻组合表现出协同作用,对主要的正构烷烃及多环芳烃的去除效率增加。当原油浓度为1—7g/L,pH为6~8,温度为25~35℃,NaCl浓度〈1.5%时,固定化菌藻具有较高的生物量,并对原油具有较高的去除率。固定化菌藻重复利用3次以内(每次5d),对其降解原油的性能影响不大。[结论]该研究为固定化菌藻组合对含油污水的处理提供了理论依据。[ Objective ] The study aimed to optimize the conditions for the degradation of oil wastewater by immobilized bacteria-algae. [ Meth- od ] Firstly, the oil wastewater treatment by immobilized bacteria-algae was studied, and the infrared spectrum, GC-FID and GC-MS analysis of crude oil before and after biodegradation were conducted. Afterwards, the effects of various factors ( crude oil content, media pH, media temperature, and NaCI content of media) on crude oil biodegradation efficiency were explored. Finally, the reusable property of immobilized bacteria and algae was also studied. [ Result] After 15 days' biodegradation, the degradation rate of 3 g/L crude oil by immobilized bacteria- algae could reach 91.8%. Bacteria-algae performed synergistic effect, which enhanced the removal efficiencies of the main n-alkanes and pol- yaromatic hydrocarbon. The immobilized bacteria-algae got high biomass and crude oil removal efficiencies under the conditions as follows : the crude oil content was 1 - 7 g/L; pH was 6 - 8 ; temperature was 25 - 35 ℃ ; NaC1 content was below 1.5%. Within 3 times ( 5 d every time), there were no significant effects on the performance of crude oil removal by the immobilized bacteria and algae. [ Conclusion] The re- search could provide theoretical references for the oil wastewater treatment by immobilized bacteria-algae.
