摘  要:多轴数控机床的加工程序通常是用软件编制而成,其中UG软件是使用比较多的软件之一。UG软件的CAM模块可以编制多轴加工的程序,而且方法较多,但通常用的方法是可变轴曲面轮廓铣和顺序铣。但两种方法各有特点,很多编程人员特别是初学者无法准确领悟编程精髓,本文针对这两种加工方法的区别进行介绍,希望对大家有所帮助。Machining procedures of multi axis NC machine tools are usually programmed with softwares, UG software is one applied most in all. The CAM module of UG software can program multi axis machining programs, and there are a lot of methods,but the method usually applied is variable axis contour and sequential milling. But the two methods have their own characteristics,many programmers, especially the beginners,can not exactly grasp the essence of programming, this paper focused on the differences between these two kinds of processing methods and made introduction, hoping it would be helpful to all.
