眼眶爆裂性骨折多孔聚乙烯片植入术效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察高密度多孔聚乙烯片（Medpor）植入治疗眼眶爆裂性骨折的临床效果及安全性。方法对2009年1月至2012年12月本院眼眶爆裂性骨折行眶骨整复及Medpor植入术23例，观察对比手术前后患者复视，眼球突出度，眼球运动等情况。术后随访6-24个月。结果复视23例中治愈20例，占86．96％；好转3例，占13．04％。所有患者眼球内陷均治愈。眼球运动障碍23例有21例治愈，占91．30％；好转2例，占8．70％。术后随访期间未出现移植物裸露、脱出、排斥或感染等并发症。结论MedpOr作为眶骨整复术中植入物安全有效，是眼眶重建的理想生物材料。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of porous polyethylene （ Med- por） implanting for orbital blowout fractures. Methods Twenty-three cases of blowout fracture of the orbit from Jan 2009 to Dec 2012 were restituted using Medpor. The degree of diplopia, exophthaimos and the eye movement were observed, and they were followed up for 6-24 months. Results There was no infection or extrusion of Medpor in follow-up periods. Diplopia disappeared in 20 cases with a cure rate of 86.96%, and improved in 3 cases. All cases of enophthalmos were con-ected. The post-operative protrusion degree of both eyes was almost identical with difference less than 2 ram. The eye movement of 21 cases were satisfactory in all directions with a cure rate of 91.30%, and improved in 2 cases. Conclusion Medpor implanting is a safe and effective treatment in the repair of orbital blowout fractures.
