伴有虹膜劈裂症的白内障手术效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察伴有虹膜劈裂症的白内障患者的超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入手术效果。方法应用晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗伴有虹膜劈裂症的白内障10例（18只眼）。于术前、术后1个月观察其视力、眼压、角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比率等情况。结果术后所有术眼均获得不同程度视功能恢复。其中视力0．4～0．5者，4只眼，0．6-1．0者14只眼。术后眼压正常，角膜内皮细胞无明显减少。结论对于伴有虹膜劈裂症的白内障可以应用晶状体超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术治疗。Objective To observe the effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for cataract with iridoschisis. Methods Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation were performed on 18 eyes of 10 patients with cataract and iridoschisis. The best corrected visual acuity,intraocular pressure, density of corneal endothelial cells and percentage of hexagonal cells were ob- served before operation and I month after operation. Results Postoperative best corrected visual acuity was 0.4 ~ 0.5 in 4 eyes and 0.6 ~ 1.0 in 14 eyes. Postoperative intraocular pressure was normal and corneal en- dothelial cells were not damaged. Conclusion Patients who had cataract with iridoschisis could choose phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation.
