摘 要:物流枢纽是城市群及更大空间尺度的物流设施网络运行与组织的核心。在回顾国内外物流枢纽概念形成基础上,从概念演变、构成要素角度,界定了物流枢纽作为具有密切业务联系的设施群的内涵与特征。将物流枢纽的形成归结于区域空间组织形式与产业组织形态的变迁、交通与物流组织方式的革新。从节点的集聚与扩散效应、通道的时空压缩效应两方面,分析了物流设施群的形成过程。运用"轴—辐"空间组织模式,揭示了区域性、全国性和全球性物流枢纽的演变过程。最后,指出物流枢纽作为一类新型复合型物流节点,应充分考虑所在地区的自然、交通、物流区位条件,经济辐射与影响力,物流业发展水平与质量,进行科学布局,突出场所概念,注重与产业、交通、资源开发的协同融合。Logistics hub is the core of urban agglomeration and larger scale logistics facilities network operation and organization. Based on the reviewing the formation of the concept of logistics hub at home and abroad, this paper defined the connotation and characters of logistics hub as a with closely business links logistics facilities group from the perspective of evolvement of the concept and elements. The formation of logistics hub were attributed to changes of regional spatial organization and industrial organization form, and organization innovation of transportation and logistics The forming process of the logistics facilities group were discussed from agglomeration and diffusion effect of node and time- space compression of corridor. And at last, it is pointed that logistics hub is a new composite logistics nodes, the reasonable and scientific layout depend on the positional condition of nature, transportation and logistics, economic radiation and influence, logistics industry development level and quality of the region, which focus on the concept of place and pay attention to collaborative integration with industry, traffic and resource development.
