P170蛋白的检测及其与结直肠癌术后化疗耐药的关系

摘　　要：目的观察结直肠癌患者手术后经4个化疗周期外周静脉血淋巴细胞P170蛋白的表达及其意义。方法用单克隆抗体免疫荧光法和流式细胞术检测患者外周静脉血淋巴细胞P170蛋白的表达,用统计学原理分析实验数据。结果在化疗药物诱导作用下,外周血P170蛋白的表达呈现上升态势,且差异明显(F=11.492,P<0.01);P170蛋白含量受化疗药物诱导的时间而升高。结论化疗药物可以诱导机体产生获得性多药耐药,并随药物诱导时间延续而越发显著。Objective To observe patients with colorectal cancer that express P170 protein in peripheral blood lymphocytes after receiving four cycles of FOLFOX4 chemotherapy and to investigate the significance of such protein expression.Methods Immunofluorescence and flow-cytometry techniques were used to detect the expression of P170 protein in the peripheral blood and resulting experimental data was statistically analyzed.Results 1.Under the effects of chemotherapy,patients exhibited a trend of increased P170 protein expression showing a rising trend and the difference was significant（F = 11.492,P〈0.01）.2.This trend of increased expression of P170 protein was more pronounced over time of chemotherapy exposure.Conclusion Chemotherapy can induce acquired multi-drug resistance,and this multi-drug resistance can become more pronounced over time.
