摘　　要：腹腔镜胃癌手术开展日渐广泛,常见手术并发症及防治是目前外科医师关注的热点问题。腹腔镜胃癌手术常见并发症与开腹手术类似,主要包括腹腔内出血、十二指肠残端瘘、吻合口漏、吻合口出血、吻合口狭窄,胰漏、急性胰腺炎、内疝、残胃无力等。现结合作者经验和文献报道进行阐述。Since laparoscopic radical gastrectomy （LRG） is getting more and more popular at present, the complications and prevention become the major concerns for most surgeons. The complications of LRG are similar to those of laparotomy and include abdominal bleeding, duodenal stump leakage, anastomotic leakage, anastomotic bleeding, anastomotic stenosis, pancreatic leakage, acute pancreatitis, internal hernia, residual gastroparesis, etc. This article is to introduce our clinical experience.
